After more than 10 years of working and growing at Geaghan's, I feel the best part of the experience has been the ethos and problem solving skills gained from working along side the Geaghan family. From Larry's sometimes unconventional methods that always seem to get the job done to Pete's way of stepping back to analyze to Pat's way of getting it done with a bigger hammer - these coupled with the fact that they are always right there with the rest of us, enables me to want to do the best I can for them, for the restaurant, and for myself.
